Real Estate with Pauline Dinsdale is a boutique real estate company offering full real estate service in a friendly environment, offering attractive benefits for both buyers and sellers – just ask our past clients. From the outside, we may appear small, but we are a busy little office which is hugely successful and hold a fantastic market share of sales in the Whangarei area.
The Real Estate with Pauline Dinsdale office opened in October 2011 … wow where did that time go - yes we will be 10 years old this October at our little bright green office based at the Kamo traffic lights intersection.
It’s a fresh approach to real estate with our team, offering a unique capped $10,000 plus GST commission structure for sellers and salespeople who work together as a team not individually like most agencies. Pauline has been successfully marketing and selling real estate in the Whangarei area for 25 years, with outstanding results for large companies earning top awards along the way – starting with The Professionals Group and then ‘head hunted’ by Ray White working collectively with these companies for 15 years. Pauline’s long-term vision however was always to operate from Kamo – her home suburb where she went to Matarau Primary School and then Kamo High School. With Pauline’s knowledge of Whangarei district and her high profile, can only be an advantage to both buyers and sellers when you market your property with her and the team.
Pauline is the business Owner and Branch Manager of the office and handles most appraisals and as many of the viewings as possible, however has strong support from Bill Clarke-Gray and Angela Quenault who are both licensed salespeople and love working in our caring team environment. Both concentrate on overflow of buyer viewings, open home hosting, viewing feedback and lots of the other important behind the scene work, especially when Pauline is not available. We are a Team (Together Everyone Achieves More). Jan Sherley and Lana Cottle job-share as our reception and office support superstars – they are your first point of contact when you phone or pop into the office. Angela Quenault is our admin advocate and also holds the role of compliance officer and is also a licensed salesperson – she must love her job as she has been working with Pauline for the past 17 years. Angela also oversees the smooth daily running of the office and staff. Rob, that’s my husband, works on the financial side of the business - thats when he is not out dealing with his rental portfolio or playing golf.
